Ihrer Reservierung liegen nachstehende Bedingungen zugrunde:
  • Zimmer und/oder Transfer-Reservierungen sind nur nach schriftlicher Bestätigung gesichert
  • alle Zimmerpreise gelten bei einem Aufenthalt von 1 oder maximal 2 Person(en)
  • keine Zusatzzahlung ("Joiner Fee") für 1 Begleitperson
  • alle Preise sind ohne Frühstück
  • im Preis inbegriffen sind Strom, Wasser, WLAN und Zimmerservice (ausser Montags)
  • alle Zimmer sind NICHTRAUCHER-Zimmer
  • im Treppenhaus besteht Rauchverbot
  • Haustiere sind nicht gestattet

Check-In ab 11:00 Uhr - Check-Out bis 10:00 Uhr
Check-In ist nur möglich zwischen 8 Uhr und 21 Uhr
Späterer Check-Out bis 15 Uhr: 1/2 Tagespreis
Späterer Check-Out nach 15 Uhr: ganzer Tagespreis

Bei Ankunft zahlen Sie den kompletten Buchungspreis in bar in THB. Weiter benötigen wir Ihren Reisepass für Ihre Anmeldung bei der Immigration. Wir haben keine Rezeption, deshalb melden Sie sich bei Ankunft im Restaurant.
Your reservation is subject to the following conditions:
  • Room and/or transfer reservations are only guaranteed after written confirmation
  • all room rates are valid for a stay of 1 or maximum 2 person(s)
  • no additional payment (“Joiner Fee”) for 1 accompanying person
  • all prices are without breakfast
  • the price includes electricity, water, WLAN and room service (except Mondays)
  • all rooms are NON-SMOKING rooms
  • Smoking is prohibited in the stairwell
  • Pets are not allowed

Check-In from 11:00 am - Check-Out until 10:00 am
Check-in is only possible between 8 am and 9 pm
Late check-out until 3 pm: 1/2 daily rate
Late check-out after 3 pm: full daily rate

On arrival you pay the full booking price in cash in THB. We also need your passport for your registration at immigration. We do not have a reception, so please report to the restaurant on arrival.
